Open your Honeylade order confirmation or shipping confirmation email and follow its order-status or tracking link.

Find your order details

Your order number appears in your order confirmation email. Use the complete number exactly as displayed. Your checkout email is the address that received that confirmation. Check your spam or junk folder if it is missing.

If the secure order-status page asks you to verify your details, follow its prompts using your order number and the email address or phone number used at checkout.

Delivery tracking

Most Honeylade shipments use Royal Mail. Follow the tracking link in your shipping confirmation for the correct carrier and latest available updates.
